Mozn is a rapidly growing technology firm revolutionising the field of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Mozn is the trusted AI technology partner for government organizations, large corporations, and startups.The ideal candidate for the Senior Data Scientist position should be specialized in Open Banking, Credit Scoring, Financial Fraud Detection, Sanction Screening, KYC procedures, and AML initiatives. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will develop and implement advanced analytics models to detect and prevent fraudulent activities and mitigate AML risks.Responsibilities:Lead initiatives for fraud detection and AML.Collaborate with teams to define project requirements and deliverables.Conduct research to enhance technical solutions for fraud detection.Drive the life cycle of fraud and AML systems.Mentor junior team members and support team initiatives.Assist in promoting fraud detection systems.Engage with clients to offer customized solutions.Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.5 years of experience in building fraud detection ML models or consulting on fraud detection/AML.3+ years leading data science projects.Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis.Experience in graph analytics for fraud detection.Hands-on experience in data extraction, visualization, and analysis.Expertise in building and maintaining ML models.Skilled in databases, data warehousing, and data modeling.Ability to create complex data pipelines.Proficiency in English and Arabic is advantageous.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
