Executive Operations Import FCL

Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group is moving towards Good to Great Journey.

ResponsibilitiesSecure shipments, arrange space, equipment, draft BLs, and update customers.

Follow up for final pre-alert along with debit/credit notes.

Put the quotation in respective job for invoicing.

Maintain daily ROI sheet.

Update customers timely for all activities related to respective shipments.

Receive and respond to all Import FCL queries from salespersons and customers.

Negotiate prices with registered overseas agents/consignees.

Quote the best possible rates to respective customers/salespersons.

Arrange space (S/O) for all secured shipments.

Skills & ExperienceExperience in securing shipments, arranging space, equipment, and drafting BLs.

Ability to follow up for final pre-alert along with debit/credit notes.

Proficient in invoicing and maintaining daily ROI sheets.

Strong communication skills for updating customers and responding to queries.

Negotiation skills with overseas agents/consignees.

Experience in quoting rates for customers and salespersons.
