We are seeking a skilled Billing Executive (Production) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of medical billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims, and maximizing reimbursement for our clients.
ResponsibilitiesProcess and submit medical claims to insurance companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing regulations and guidelines.
Perform quality checks on all claims to minimize errors and discrepancies, resolving any issues promptly.
Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims, identifying and addressing reasons for denial or non-payment.
Communicate effectively with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
Stay updated on changes in billing regulations, codes, and procedures to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement.
Maintain detailed records of billing activities, including claim status, payments, and adjustments.
Collaborate with other team members to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
