Position Overview:We are seeking aLead Patient Enrollment / Call Center Supervisorto manage the daily operations of our patient enrollment team. The supervisor will lead, train, and support the team while ensuring efficient participant recruitment for clinical trials. Strong leadership and call center management experience are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the patient enrollment team to meet recruitment targets.
Monitor and improve call quality, ensuring adherence to protocols.
Train and develop team members to enhance performance.
Oversee participant data management in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth trial recruitment.
Prepare reports on team performance and call metrics.
Address escalated participant concerns and resolve issues.
Develop outreach strategies to improve participant engagement.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in medical background preferred but not required.
Fluent in English Communication.
3+ years of experience in call center leadership.
Strong communication and team-building skills.
Experience with clinical research or healthcare is a plus.

Work Schedule:
