Recovery and Sustainability Superintendent M/FJob titleRecovery and Sustainability Superintendent M/FContract typeFixed-term-contractContractual hoursFull time4 yearsWe currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC Doha, Qatar for a:Recovery and Sustainability SuperintendentJob Purpose:To ensure compliance with NOC Incident Free culture, Health and Safety and environment policy is delivering Incident Free Shutdown.To manage the pre-work, preparation and execution phases of R&S Campaigns in line with associated standards and procedures.Collate all information into a Bookies Board and communicate with onshore coordinators to ensure readiness of execution.To implement necessary actions to guarantee objectives are achieved.To assist Offshore Installation Manager with comprehensive and detailed execution plan for each R&S campaign, align with OIM on the site priority.Your main duties will be to:HSEAdhere to NOC HSE policy, contributes to meeting the HSE objectives of the Recovery and Sustainability Project.With the Offshore Installation Manager and HSE advisor develops early the campaign HSE organization plan.Ensures the Job Safety Analyses are prepared timely for validation by the OIM.OrganizationParticipates in Recovery and Sustainability Kick Off and preparation meetings.Prepares the offshore Recovery and Sustainability perimeter according to the driver's and communicate to all offshore Stakeholders.Ensures comprehensive preparation of Recovery and Sustainability work orders by each entity before scope freeze date.Suggest tasks priorities and task list modification for alignment to achievable work scope.Compilation of information for development of Integrated campaign plans for NOC planned campaigns.Work PreparationCoordinates work packs preparation by Recovery and Sustainability team for pressure vessels inspection and repairs and with entities for other work packs.Coordinates the isolation and spading preparation by Recovery and Sustainability team and validation at site.Fosters broad and open collaboration with Stakeholders and contractors to achieve the set objectives.Ensures required procedures are prepared and validated as per NOC Recovery and Sustainability process.Identify requirement for external services and initiate associated contract and procurement process.Organize site surveys.Logistics, materials, contractsEnsures equipment, materials, consumables and spares are defined/identified in the Work Orders.Track their availability status with the assistance of the Material Coordinator.ProfileIdeally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing.Advanced skills and knowledge of Campaign/Shutdown Management techniques preferably in the petrochemical, refining, Oil & Gas exploration and/or production industries.Awareness/basic use of planning software tools i.e. Primavera P6, MS Project.Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills required.High level user of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SAP.You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication.You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.Working at SPIEWhat can we offer you?We offer long-term contract with attractive daily rate, insurance coverage, transportation & expat standard accommodation.LocationMinimum level of experience required6 years or moreRequired authorisationsFit to workLanguagesEnglish (C-Professional working proficiency)SPIE Oil & Gas Services is committed to promote diversity.
