Stay abreast of relevant industry developments and trends.Own and drive global processes related to your category, providing guidance and enforcing compliance to quality standards.Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives and project teams to advance the company's quality strategy.Oversee all aspects of new product development for your category, from defining specifications to approving testing protocols and product trials.Conduct technical evaluations and analysis for product and packaging designs, identifying risks and quality optimisation opportunities.Ensure comprehensive documentation and accurate data management for all product information, specifications, and test records.Candidate Requirements:Science or technology degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience.Significant R&D, Quality Assurance or Technology experience in FMCG.Fluent spoken and written English.Full, clean driver's license.Strong team playing and communication skills.If you're the top-quality candidate for this exciting role, apply today.
