Program Director

Tekoa's mission: Touching Hearts. Changing Lives. Sharing the Light of Christ. Tekoa is seeking an experienced leader to serve as its Program Director. Tekoa is a large camping ministry in western NC that focuses on summer camp, afterschool, and year-round retreat programming experiences. The Program Director serves as a vital piece of the Tekoa ministry. Their primary function is to support the work of Camp Tekoa through creative leadership with a focus on staff development, ministry to campers and guests, and extending the mission of Tekoa into the world. The Program Director works in relationship with the Camp Tekoa Board of Trustees, staff, campers and their parents, alumni, retreat leaders, and participants to fulfill the mission and achieve objectives. The Program Director reports to the Executive Director. This position is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. Applications must be completed by December 1, 2024.
