Ltd. is a 360-degree Human Resource Management Consulting and Staffing Services Organization with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India.Job DescriptionVINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for a Siebel CRM Techno Functional Consultant for one of our clients, a leading organization in Qatar, with the following skill set and terms and conditions.Skill Set Required:5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle CRM Siebel & ERPHands-on experience working on Siebel configurationMust have experience in the order management module of Siebel 8.xUnderstanding the business requirement and comparing it with the suitability of Siebel productsSiebel Configuration, e-scripting, workflow ability to understand business issues/business goals related to CRM Siebel comprehensive knowledge of Siebel functionalities including configurations, scripting, workflows, etc.Specific soft skills customer focus - constantly explores to conceptualize and understand customer needs and proactively delivers the best solution.Extensive work experience in Siebel Public Sector deployments.Good understanding of Siebel architecture from a server/file standpointGood understanding and experience with BI publisher administration.Preferably Siebel integration experience with Oracle IDM stackExperience with build automation/optimization of Siebel administrative packages.Analysis problem-solving - investigates issues and conducts root cause analysis and comes up with various options to solve the problem. Creatively brings fresh insights to the team and encourages the team to generate newer approaches.Problem identification, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and advanced troubleshooting.Provide high-quality, technical documentation for customers.Work directly with customers to provide technical expertise with Siebel applications and other technologies.Siebel EAI, Siebel Administration, Siebel Architecture skillsProvide technical expertise in Siebel and relevant technologies and continually expand in technical knowledge by working with customers.Provide rapid response and resolution for critical technical issues.Set up developers' access to Siebel Tools, coordinate check-in and check-out activities of Siebel projects on development server, and support Siebel development activities.Develop e-script and JavaScript, design/configure integration objects, business services, workflows, and VBCs.Assist with design and prototyping of Siebel applications and with testing and bug fixing.Assist and provide guidance to systems admin during installation and configurations of Siebel servers.Troubleshoot and research issues as they arise during Siebel SDLC.Assist technical team and work closely with Siebel TAM, Siebel expert services.Expert level of understanding and experience in Siebel technologies.Terms and Conditions:Joining time frame: (maximum 4 weeks)The selected candidates shall be direct employees of one of the leading organizations in Qatar.Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest to saranya.sasiraj@vamsystems.com or call us at +91 4762684924.
