This role is ideal for candidates with prior P&C insurance industry experience or those with 5+ years of personal lines related experience.Job Description:RIBO Licensed: Must hold a valid RIBO license.Experience: Minimum 3 years working knowledge of personal lines insurance policies and coverages.Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and company underwriters.Portfolio Management: Service existing personal lines portfolio.New Business Quotes: Quote new business on a rotational basis.Sales Skills: Upsell and cross-sell within the portfolio.Policy Processing: Process policy changes on insurance company portals.Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and accuracy.Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of SigXP & Applied Rating Services is an asset.Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:RIBO License: Mandatory.Experience: 5+ years of commercial experience.Client Interaction: Passion for interacting with clients.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.What is Offered:There is pride in offering a welcoming and rewarding environment for both employees and clients.
