Job Description
- Experience in all HR functions
- Leadership, Analytics, Organizational Structure and Recruitment Plan
- Selection, Recruitment, Training and Development, Salary Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Insurance (Social and Health)
- Identify short and long term recruitment needs
- Establish performance standards and evaluate local HR teams
- Design compensation and benefits packages for employees
- Define orientation procedures in line with our company culture
- Define training plans for each employee and department
- Prepare and manage department budget
- Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements as needed
- Design and implement company policies that align with our business objectives
- Ensure that all HR processes comply with legal standards
- Support employees and managers in day-to-day issues
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Job Requirements
- Saudi National
- Have a specialization in Human Resources in engineering, media, production and software companies
- Full understanding of the recruitment cycle
- Good knowledge of local labor laws
- Ability to work in operating systems and human resources management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
