Petrofac is looking to recruit a Field supervisor / Field superintendent / Production supervisor (Oil and Gas Industry) to join our team at Rajasthan, India JOB TITLE: Production supervisor / Field supervisor / Field superintendent Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the Field operations production shift team to achieve top quartile performance in safety, Productivity, and cost.
- Well-developed trouble shooting capabilities.
- Good communication and Organization skills
- Work in a manner consistent with the Operations philosophy of system ownership and with a heightened awareness of HSE
- Permit to work knowledge.
- Emergency handling and response
- Degree with 8 Years experience within oil and gas processing / refining / Petrochemical Filed with a minimum of 4 Years in Supervisory Position
- Diploma with 10 Years experience within oil and gas processing / refining / Petrochemical Filed with a minimum of 6 Years in Supervisory Position
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, chemical, petroleum or Scientific discipline
- Rotational shift: 21 21 On Off Rotation
