BALANCED+ is seeking a Junior Software Developer to assist in ongoing software development projects in diverse business environments. You will get to work with great people in different organizations, learn Maximizer CRM, and help to improve and make a difference in business operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist senior IT managers and engineers in delivering complex projectsPerform essential requirements gathering, as well as business process, and needs analysisAssess and perform software code change requestsPrepare and release new versions of the softwareAnswer client calls and emails to triage software problems and needsLearn and improve personal IT knowledge and skillsJob RequirementsBasic knowledge of the PC architecture, as well as computer networkingPositive attitude to learn new technologies and productsAbility to work on multiple projects at the same timeAble to work with little or no supervisionGood command of English language, both oral and writtenSkills and QualificationsMicrosoft .NET development platform (vue.js, vuetify front-end)Microsoft SQL and MySQL database queries and proceduresHTML5, JS, CSS3, jQueryOtherUniversity or college degree in software development, computer science, engineering, or math (or in progress)Demonstrated ability to work effectively with emerging technologiesInternational graduates and newcomers are welcome to applyAbout BALANCED+BALANCED+ is a leading provider of IT consulting services to businesses of all sizes.
