Position Summary: Customer Service helps company customers/users with their inquiries through inbound calls, chats, and emails focusing on Taiwan/Hong Kong/Singapore/CH market. Therefore, we are seeking candidates who are well-versed in Mandarin and English (compulsory). Proficient in Cantonese is a plus point. Salary: Basic + KPI + allowances (Based on interview performance, education qualification, and working experience) Benefits: inclusive EPF, SOCSO, EIS, ANNUAL LEAVE, MEDICAL LEAVE Requirements:
  • Education: SPM and above (SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree etc.)
  • Experience: not required (Free & Professional Training provided)
  • Languages: Mandarin, English (Cantonese is a plus)
  • Customer service experience is an advantage (chance to gain higher basic salary)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle inbound/outbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone, email or via chat relating to renowned products.
  • Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
  • Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner.
