We would love to have you join us for a full-time or part-time position in our office.Our commitment is for our employees to grow both personally and professionally while being fully supported along the journey.*What We're Looking For:*\* A dedicated dental hygienist who aligns with our values and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care\* Someone who is smart, initiative-taking, and ready to contribute to our dynamic team\* Someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills\* Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment\* Passion for oral health and a desire to make a lasting impact on patients' overall well-being*Duties:*- Perform dental cleanings to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth- Take dental x-rays and assist with other diagnostic procedures as needed- Conduct thorough oral examinations to assess the overall oral health of patients- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for maintaining good oral health- Administer local anesthesia and apply fluoride treatments as necessary- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and ensuring patient comfort- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical documentation and treatment plans- Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff- Stay up to date with advancements in dental technology and techniques*Qualifications:*- Valid Dental Hygiene license in Ontario- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral health conditions, and treatment options- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and procedures- Experience working in a dental office setting preferred- Familiarity with CAD software, medical imaging systems, and patient assessment tools is a plus- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients on oral health practiceseffectively- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records- Commitment to following infection control protocols and maintaining a safe working environmentWe offer competitive compensation based on experience.We look forward to hearing from you!Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 32 per weekSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededLicence/Certification:* Dental Hygienist License (required)Work Location: In person
