Job Responsibilities
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
- Analyse and provide technical backup and support.
- Perform ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance.
- Responsible for setting customer expectations and escalating issues to a higher level or inter-departments to resolve raised issues.
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Resolve all hardware and software issues and assist in configuring all new systems and performing tests on all deployment projects.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a related field (IT Support/Application Support).
- Resourceful and able to work effectively in a team.
- Able to withstand stress to meet timelines when necessary.
- Knowledge in Java, Linux CentOS, Nginx / TomCat / Apache will be added advantages.
- Knowledge in securities and trading or financial preferred.
- Flexible hours available.
- More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
- Working rights required for this role.
- Expected salary: RM3,500 - RM6,000 per month.
