Service Admin Coordinator

Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule service appointments based on customer requests and technician availability.Track service orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.Provide administrative support to service technicians, including preparing work orders and maintaining service records.Handle customer inquiries regarding service requests, pricing, and product information.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues.Maintain accurate inventory records and order necessary parts and supplies.Assist in the preparation of service reports and performance metrics.
