As a Lobby Ambassador you will be responsible for delivering five-star customer service to guests, meeting them and greeting them with a smile, and creating an amazing experience and everlasting memories!You will act as an Ambassador of Atlantis The Royal, capturing new business and communicating any special requests and needs of guests to the Front Office Management team, contributing and playing a vital role in delivering a luxury and personalised service. You will demonstrate deep knowledge and passion for the brand you represent and play an active role in building a unique experience for our guests during the stay at Atlantis The Royal.Our Lobby Ambassadors provide engaging, sincere, personalized service that provides a phenomenal first experience to all Atlantis The Palm guests and employees. We are seeking a professional, friendly and energetic person for the important role of greeting all who visit. Handling phone calls and some administrative duties will also be part of this role. This is a highly visible position that would suit an outgoing, personable individual who enjoys interacting with people on a day-to-day basis.
