This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager - FMCG at RCIT Holding Co. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day marketing operations for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) division. This includes developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, monitoring competitive activity, and driving brand growth.Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisitionCreate and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platformsMonitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiativesTrack and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as neededQualifications: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the FMCG industryStrong knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and market researchProficiency in digital marketing, including social media, online advertising, and content creationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldFluency in English and ArabicExperience in GCC is requiredSkillsStrong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platformsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think creatively and strategicallyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
