FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.Responsibilities:Meeting & greeting all visitors. Assist them to the meeting rooms.Handling main telephone board. Receive messages and logging calls for individual extensions. Maintaining log book for all meeting rooms.Receive and guide all visitors from the reception. Dealing with 'drop in' customers quickly and efficiently prior to handing over to Customer care centre.Maintain good teamwork within departments. Stationery and Pantry ordering. Dispatch of inbound and outbound mail/courier.Assisting all external and Internal Group staff by guiding them to the right division within Al Futtaim.Maintain record of official & personal calls made by employees and prepare month end statements.Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:Degree/Diploma in Commerce/Business Administration.Minimum Experience:2-3 years working experience in the reception and office administration.Job-Specific Skills:Proficient in MS Office and administration skills.Behavioural Competencies:Strong interpersonal, organizational and advanced telephone skills. Excellent communication, organizing, and analytical skills. Essential communication skills: English. Pleasant personality.
