JASARA PMC is seeking a highly qualified Lead Environmental Engineer to take charge of our environmental initiatives in the management of our construction and development projects. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring project compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines while leading a team dedicated to sustainable practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing environmental strategies that align with our company goals and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the environmental engineering team in the development and execution of environmental management plans
Conduct environmental impact assessments and ensure compliance with local, regional, and international regulations
Oversee the implementation of mitigation measures to minimize environmental impacts during construction activities
Monitor environmental performance and conduct site inspections to address compliance issues
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on environmental strategies and initiatives
Prepare and present reports on environmental performance and compliance to project management and stakeholders
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and environmental professionals within the team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental engineering, with proven experience in a leadership role
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards relevant to the construction industry
Proficiency in conducting environmental assessments and audits
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Professional certifications (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001) are highly desirable
