Job Description

• Location: Dubai, UAE (ONSITE REQUIRED)
• Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable) contract
• Compensation: Monthly salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of PMO strategies to support and improve project management.
• Support the setup of a Project Management Office (PMO), including the establishment of governance frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Provide administrative support to the project management team to ensure goals and standards are met.
• Assist in analyzing project performance and preparing accurate and comprehensive reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with approved project management policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or PMO support roles.
• Previous experience in the public sector is highly desirable.
• Certification in Project Management (CAPM or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assist in delivering detailed and accurate reports.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
