Since 2019, both the Italian and US subsidiaries have been Benefit Corporations.Your Mission:The mission of this role will be to work and collaborate with the Business Managers, together with our Global HR Function, having the main goal to support the business, its needs and strategies, and converting these into good HR practices, in line with the ethical and Sustainability values of the Company.What You'll Do:- Help foster our Company culture, by working alongside people from across the functions and creating the conditions to bring it to life, every day.- Ensure excellence in local HR administration processes, focusing mainly on the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring accurate reports, and provide support on complex legal personnel issues.- Work closely with the Finance Team in building, updating and monitoring personnel costs, pension portal and personnel insurances.- Manage the entire employee life cycle, from managing contracts in compliance with law, onboarding and development to day-to-day management, always in line with the Company values.- Work closely with the global HR Function on a daily basis, supporting the implementation of all people management related processes, ensuring alignment with the Group HR practices (Talent Acquisition, Organizational & People Development, Administrative & Payroll, etc).- Effectively collaborate with the Group HR Business Partners team in defining people strategies based on the Business Needs, and executing them with excellence.- Support the Group HR BP team in leading the strategy around employee experience and employee relations/issues in the Business Unit.- Be actively involved in recruitment and talent acquisition processes partnering with internal and external providers.- Act as HR Business Partner in support of the direct manager, company manager and employees.- Provide reporting and analysis on people KPIs.- Support the organizational evolutions and relevant change projects.- Support the Managing Director in office administration tasks, such as preparing presentations for crucial meetings and taking care of creating greetings for employees' special life events.Who You Are:- Bachelor's degree in human resources or human science with at least 5 years' experience.- Excellent understanding of employment law, employee relations, and compliance issues in both the Netherlands and Belgium.- Knowledge of payroll would be considered as a plus.- Proactive.- Passionate about people.- Good oral and written communication skills.- Strict adherence to deadlines and punctuality.- Passionate/Curious about the beauty industry.- Natural inclination towards sustainability.- Strong sensitivity for HR matters.- A great team player - very approachable towards colleagues.- Being a native speaker of Dutch is mandatory.- Knowledge of English is essential (B2/C).EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYIn Davines Group we celebrate diversity, and inclusiveness is a crucial pillar of our Ethical Chart.
