IMI2615 - Specialist, Material Management II Job Family Procurement and Supply Chain Management Contract Type Direct Location Business Line Procurement & Supply Chain Department Warehouse Closing Date 01-May-2025 Your future role & Job PurposeThe Material Management Analyst ensures that IMI's inventory is up to date and sufficient to satisfy any project demand, distributing the materials in a timely and precise manner and leading to a smooth flow of goods in the supply chain.Key AccountabilitiesAssists in coordinating and scheduling on time delivery of parts by following established schedules and procedures.Assists with audits and other forms of analysis of information from multiple sources to determine accuracy relative to delivery schedules, inventories levels, requirements, etc.Assists with reconciliation of discrepancies in information to mitigate or minimize disruptions in the supply chain.Maintains and updates information systems and materials management information toward the operations.Coordinates the flow of materials from the reception to the distribution to end user.Suggests potential solutions to resolve further problems affecting the supply chain.Releases orders in a timely manner to let the continuity of the operations.Ensure the system is accurately updated with all warehouses' transactions.Responsible for maintaining the targeted inventory levels.Ability and responsibility to stop any process that is not meeting the IMI criteria.Who we are looking forMinimum of Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Material Management or equivalent.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.Ability to undertake complex analysis to create information and to interpret data and trends.Experience in managing third party contract.3 to 9 years of experience in related job's role.About Application ProcessIf you meet the criteria and you are enthusiastic about the role, we would welcome yourapplication.Tocomplete the application you would need the following document(s):
