Job Description :Assist the sales team in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in managing customer relationships, following up on customer needs, and handling customer inquiries.
Prepare sales reports and sales data analysis to support sales strategies.
Assist the sales team in organizing sales events, meetings, and customer visits.
Maintain customer databases, ensuring customer information is updated and accurate.
Assist in preparing sales materials such as product brochures, quotations, and presentations.
Job Specification :Verbal communication: Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers and team members.
Written communication: Ability to accurately write emails, reports and sales documents.
Understand customer needs, provide timely and effective assistance, and maintain good customer relationships.
Ability to effectively manage time, organize and schedule tasks to ensure work is completed on time.
Ability to analyze sales data and provide useful insights to support sales strategies.
Familiar with the sales process, able to prepare quotations, sales presentations, and assist the sales team in achieving goals.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time to ensure smooth and efficient work.
