Due to continued company growth and success, they are now recruiting for a Product Development Manager to join their Global Product team on an 18-month fixed-term contract basis.The Product Development Manager will take responsibility for illiquid alternatives.Responsibilities include:Selecting the best providers for requested asset management servicesActing as an advisor on product design for local, non-network product initiativesDriving the product development process and aligning activities with key stakeholders like Investment, Sales, and OperationsLeading complex and strategic cross-border projects, particularly for the launch of multi-investor funds and other pooled vehicle solutions within the illiquid alternatives areaEfficiently managing relationships with all involved departmentsLeading the fund launch processBeing an active sparring partner for Investments in designing and shaping new ideas and conceptsDrafting and aligning product business casesCreating new strategic product ideasReviewing existing products, considering modifications, reviewing pricing strategies, and launching new share classes to ensure strategies remain relevant and fit for purpose for clientsMinimum requirements include:Experience of illiquid alternative assets is essentialMinimum 3 years' experience within Product DevelopmentEducated to degree level or equivalent with a 2.1 or aboveProven skills in fund launches and related project management, gained from working in the investment management sectorBackground working with institutional clients and their respective regulatory requirementsOutstanding analytical skillsProject management and influencing skillsThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Development professional with experience in illiquid alternatives looking for a new role with a global player in the investment management sector.If you believe your experience meets the criteria, please apply with your CV.Apply for this job
