The TQD Specialist is responsible for assisting and contributing to the development, implementation and updating/upgrading of Total Quality Management (TQM) strategies by ensuring that the Integrated Management System (IMS) of the organization is properly documented, implemented and maintained throughout all of the company's processes and operations such that he/she will contribute to the overall success of the company by upholding the highest standards of quality and safety, resulting in excellent customer experiences and a strong reputation in the industry.
The minimum requirements for the vacancy are as follows:
- University Degree in a recognized University.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the relevant field/ industry.
- 2 years' experience post acquiring the IRCA-accredited ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor qualification.
- Adequate knowledge of ISO Management Systems standards 9001, 45001 & 14001.
- Sound understanding of IMS Documentation.Documentation and Reporting Skills.
- Ability to independently handle assigned projects and lead the team to success in each project assigned.
- Compliance with local authority and health & safety regulations.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite and ERP Platforms.
- English language proficiency, Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
