Role: Project Manager - Accounting & Core-Banking ImplementationExperience: 5+ years in Project Management with a focus on Accounting and Core-Banking systemContract Duration: 10 MonthsLocation: Qatar (Onsite)Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of accounting and core-banking solutions at the highest standard. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Coordination:Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Accounting And Core-Banking Expertise:Leverage extensive knowledge of accounting and core-banking systems to guide implementation processes.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand specific client requirements.Client Communication:Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions effectively.Quality Assurance:Implement and adhere to best practices for project management and implementation.Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.Team Leadership:Lead, motivate, and mentor project team members.Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on Accounting and Core-Banking systems.Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end project implementations.Strong understanding of accounting principles and core-banking functionalities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Skills: core banking, project management, implementation experience, core banking implementation
