As Revenue Analyst & Growth Manager, you'll be the commercial co-pilot of the CEO, supporting in translating the global strategy into local AU strategy, and responsible for managing local commercial growth and strengthening internal operations with planning, performance diagnosis, forecasting and steering. Your role:
- Translate global strategy into local strategy to drive commercial growth.
- Develop and adjust commercial targets based on market trends.
- Analyse performance data and recommend actions to address gaps.
- Collaborate with the CEO and VP Revenue Management to implement local strategies.
- Lead cross-functional projects with a focus on commercial impact.
- Ensure alignment of local operations with global objectives.
- MBA or Master’s in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial, marketing analytics, or business development roles.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and BI visualisation software; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Business-fluent in written and spoken English.
