Job Summary

Responsible for leading sales in the branch by effectively driving business performance - both individually & by mentoring a team of CSA's to achieve their sales and service targets. Deliver high-quality customer service and act as the bank's relationship officer with all types of customers on a regular basis. Ensure that existing and prospective customers are served efficiently and effectively by performing all front office duties related to the wide range of products and services that the bank offers.

Key Accountabilities

Meeting Business TargetsManage the sales & service activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out efficiently and consistently with operating procedures and policy.

Drive business targets by leveraging personal contacts at companies and referrals from existing customers.

Monitor the performance of the branch within the area of responsibility against set objectives through regular follow-ups of periodic result monitoring (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually) to achieve the branch target.

Assist in adding new companies to the approved list, including financial statement analysis.

Be an effective coach to the team of CSA's, helping them progress up the learning curve within a defined time period.

Train the team by imparting knowledge on product, process, and service requirements needed to meet targets in a CSA role.

Guide team members to meet their sales & service targets by having continuous feedback sessions on performance.

Pass the credit test to review and approve credit facilities within bank policy for existing and/or new CB branch customers to optimize business opportunities for the bank.

Branch Customer ServiceMeet and build rapport with CB branch customers to ensure customer satisfaction and open business opportunities for the bank.

Advise customers on all aspects of CB products and services to generate sales opportunities for the bank.

Execute bank initiatives by promoting and educating customers to use alternative banking channels to drive profitability and optimize services.

Implement marketing activities by proactively communicating with existing and/or new CB branch customers to ensure that all marketing communication messages are well received.

Skills

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.

Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.

Proven ability to improve conversion rates through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.

Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.#J-18808-Ljbffr
