Chase Resourcing are recruiting for an Occupational Therapist for our Client in Qatar.The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide a high standard of care, which encompasses occupational therapy assessment, intervention and management of Guest-clients experiencing substance-related and addictive disorders and co-morbid conditions.THE CLIENTOur Client is a groundbreaking new Sanctuary for wellness and treatment of behavioural disorders which delivers care with exceptional hospitality services across 127 residential rooms together with clinics and over 50 individual and group treatment / therapy rooms. It is the first of its kind in the GCC region.The project includes Residential and non-residential Programs, Assessment Services, and Awareness Programs.THE ROLETo provide high quality expert occupational therapy clinical care; planning, designing and facilitating a rehabilitation program and/or schedule of activities with individuals and groups in collaboration with colleagues.To flexibly manage a varied caseload of both residential and ambulatory care with complex needs, using evidence based client centred principles.To work as part of a team to ensure effective communication and delivery of care.Participate in occupational therapy in-service development.To participate in Naufar service improvement initiatives.Assist in the teaching of other multidisciplinary team members, clinical and non-clinical staff, and others to promote understanding of applied occupational therapy to enhance Guest-client recovery.Perform any other work-related tasks or activities within scope of practice and agree competencies as directed by the 'direct supervisor'.REQUIREMENTSArabic speaking is an essential requirement.A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is essential.Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in home country is essential.Up-to date CPD in relevant areas is essential.Postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject area is desirable.At least 5 years clinical experience is essential.Multidisciplinary experience in mental health is essential.Other specialist experience e.g. commissioning, opening, practice guideline development, teaching is desirable.BENEFITSHighly competitive TAX free salary.Return flights provided from country of origin.Superb monthly housing allowance provided.Settling in allowance provided upon arrival.Generous shipping allowance provided.Full medical cover provided.Excellent yearly bonus provided.On-going training opportunities provided.YOU MUST SPEAK FLUENT ARABIC AND ENGLISH.If you are interested in this exciting position, please send an up to date CV to michelle.mcgann@chase.ie or call me on 00353 (0)66 97 62 007.#J-18808-Ljbffr
