**Company Description** Rixos Qetaifan Island North**
Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country's biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North's Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world's highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.
**Job Description** Bartender / Barista**
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Assist guests regarding all food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- To prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
- To interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and hot and cold drinks
- To assess bar customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Prepare hot and cold beverages, alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Food Safety Certificate
- Previous bartending and barista experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of all beverage products
- The point-of-sale system experiences an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
