About Our ClientOur client is a leading Corporate and Investment Bank based in London.Job DescriptionThe Certification Regime Specialist - AVP will be responsible for:Undertaking the Certification issuance process for onboarding, annual, change, and offboarding processes, including identifying risks and issues, conducting initial troubleshooting, and escalating them to management in a timely manner.Providing challenge to / receiving challenge from senior colleagues up to GM / Vertical Head level with respect to Certification Regime requirements.Preparing and delivering presentations on the Certification Regime or other related topics to audiences of varying seniority.Provision of Management Information to ExCo / Board / LMC level.Being the Certification Regime representative at internal meetings including, but not limited to, Product Approval Committee, MRT Review meetings, and other key events with senior leadership.Operating controls surrounding the various Certification Regime processes.Responding to queries from across the business to further enhance the Bank's and individuals' knowledge of the Certification Regime.Advising the business on best practices and opportunities for control enhancement in relation to the Certification Regime.Monitoring CPD progress for Certification Employees and MiFID K&C in-scope employees and reporting any issues to relevant departments in a timely manner.The Successful ApplicantThe Certification Regime Specialist - AVP should have the following skills:Previous experience in Certification Regime - essential.Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced).Experience with Oracle HR, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow.What's on OfferSalary of £60,000 - 70,000.Attractive benefits package.Hybrid working.
