Desired Skills and Experience:Managing a team of Immigration Consultants and Administrators to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to clients at all times.Delivering a high volume of various immigration cases and achieving a consistently high satisfaction rating from clients.Proactively looking for areas of development across the immigration team, providing ongoing training and conducting weekly/monthly performance reviews.Ensuring the team is constantly updated with the immigration process and legislation.Acting as the first point of contact for any escalations that may arise.Adding value to company services by offering expert advice in all matters related to immigration.
