Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role:Responsibilities:The Management Trainee Programme is conducted annually for selected UAE National graduates. All Management Trainees receive specific on-the-job training, classroom training, and soft skills development to enable them to assume the position of senior officer upon successful completion of the programme. To gain further knowledge of our firm, the Management Trainee will work with experienced managers and, through job rotation, be exposed to several departments across the Bank.Skills & Qualifications:Preference for relevant degree (e.g., Finance, Banking, Accountancy, Business, Economics, etc).New Graduate.Intermediate MS Office skills.English written and verbal communication skills.Languages - native Arabic speaker and fluency in English (spoken and written).Graduates who can demonstrate sales and commercial flair, and have the ability to build strong and productive working relationships.
