1. Work experience in the Australian residential solar industry (e.g. inverter and/or battery manufacturer, energy company).2. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.3. Excellent customer relationship management skills.4. Build your sales strategy and channel development plans in line with company strategies.5. Hands-on experience in building sales channels and delivering sales growth and targets.6. Excellent communication and demonstration skills.Our Offer1. Develop business partnerships with customers including solar installers, retailers and wholesalers to achieve sales targets.2. Provide regular training to team members.5. Provide regular reports on sales, competitors and market trends.6. Provide general customer support to all B2B customers and work with other teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
