Applications are invited from persons interested in being considered for casual or fixed-term employment for a period of up to 12 months. Vacancies arise from time to time for the positions as outlined below.Administration OfficerSalary range: $64,821.00 - $69,764.00 pro rata General Stream Band 2. This position contributes to the court through the provision of high-level customer service and an efficient and effective range of administrative and clerical functions including, responding to telephone and front counter customer enquiries, the listing of matters for court, the registration of court-related documents, and the entry of outcomes. To succeed in this role you will have personal resilience, excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working within a team in a fast-paced environment. You will have attributes that reflect the Court's values, in particular those of independence, integrity, and respectful behaviour.Court ClerkSalary range: $72,605.00 - $78,481.00 pro rata General Stream Band 3. This role supports the operations of the Magistrates Court through the coordination and recording of proceedings in court and in Chambers and by undertaking a range of associated administrative and clerical functions. Working closely with magistrates and court users, you will have a high level of personal resilience, excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
