To be successful in this role you will need the following: About You Essential Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrate an empathic and caring approach
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Ability to plan and organise timely completion of tasks
- Access to own fully maintained and insured vehicle
- Competent to use a smartphone and/or tablet or willingness to learn
- Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent
- Competency in medication administration
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence
- Great Rate - $33.09 p/h + penalties + allowances + super
