Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in fixed income portfolio management. • Proven track record of managing fixed income portfolios with a strong performance history. • In-depth knowledge of fixed income instruments, market dynamics, and investment strategies. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey investment concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in team management and development. • CFA designation or equivalent is highly desirable.
