Responsibilities: Project Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives across various regions.
  • Liaise between different departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
Digital Marketing Support:
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Director in managing online campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Help monitor digital marketing performance and generate reports on key metrics.
Brand Management Support:
  • Support the Brand Director in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Market Research:
  • Conduct research on global education trends, competitor activities, and target markets to inform marketing strategies.
  • Compile and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing initiatives.
Event Coordination:
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating educational events, webinars, and exhibitions to promote Malaysian education globally.
  • Handle logistics, registrations, and follow-up activities for events.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage marketing department files, databases, and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or a related role (internships or entry-level experience acceptable).
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the education sector, particularly in Southeast Asia.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A passion for education and an interest in promoting Malaysian education globally.
