Responsibilities: Project Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives across various regions.
- Liaise between different departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Director in managing online campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Help monitor digital marketing performance and generate reports on key metrics.
- Support the Brand Director in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Assist in the development and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Conduct research on global education trends, competitor activities, and target markets to inform marketing strategies.
- Compile and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating educational events, webinars, and exhibitions to promote Malaysian education globally.
- Handle logistics, registrations, and follow-up activities for events.
- Manage marketing department files, databases, and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or a related role (internships or entry-level experience acceptable).
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the education sector, particularly in Southeast Asia.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A passion for education and an interest in promoting Malaysian education globally.
