Architectural Manager / 5 days or 5.5 Days

Client: MNC Location: Changi Working Hrs : 5 days Or 5.5 (Based on project) Salary: $6000 – $7500 Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture preferably recognized by BOA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant project/site experience
• Preferably with minimum 3 years’ experience in MRT/LTA project

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing existing Architectural related designs, coordinating with the client and to ensure that the project is completed according to contract requirement
• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Develop and implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work
• Conduct technical meetings and liaise closely with consultants.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients
• Monitors the quality and progress of the disciplines on each project, ensuring that those production requirements are satisfied.
• Facilitate recruitment, placement, and evaluation of architectural or engineering project staff.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
