Role Overview As an Autonomous Sales Executive, you’ll spearhead outreach efforts to set appointments with recruitment leaders and secure business development opportunities, particularly within the coaching and recruitment sectors. You will be given full autonomy to develop your sales pipeline through a combination of phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. - Proactively engage in outbound sales efforts via phone, email, and LinkedIn to set meetings with recruitment leaders.
- Leverage LinkedIn (your profile and/or company account) to generate and follow up on leads.
- Develop business opportunities, especially for coaching sales in the recruitment space.
- Collaborate on strategies to optimize outreach methods and lead generation.
- Maintain an autonomous working style with minimal oversight, ensuring trust and self-accountability.
- Bring energy, confidence, and humor to sales calls, building rapport with potential clients.
- Set and exceed sales targets through effective outreach and appointment setting.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in business development, appointment setting, or a related role.
- Experience in coaching or recruitment sales is highly desirable.
- Confidence and comfort in phone-based outreach and handling outbound sales.
- Strong LinkedIn user—whether you’re leveraging your own profile or ours, you know how to maximize LinkedIn as a sales tool.
