Strategic Revenue Growth Leader

Job Title: Vice President of Non-Aero Revenue Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from non-aero sources, including property and real estate, retail concessions, car parking, car rental, advertising, food and beverage, and other revenue streams.
2. Manage and optimize revenue streams to ensure maximum profitability and growth.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, partners, and suppliers.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to the Commercial team to ensure effective execution of revenue growth strategies.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 12 years of experience in commercial, property, and retail, with a minimum of 5 years in airport concessions, duty-free operations, or a related industry.
2. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and development in a similar role.
3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
