JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Program Control Manager to join our team. As the Program Control Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the program control function for our diverse range of infrastructure programs. You will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and control of program activities to achieve successful program execution and delivery.At JASARA PMC, we are committed to delivering excellence in program management and civil engineering solutions. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are dedicated to driving positive change and contributing to the growth and development of Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities Develop and implement program control strategies, processes, and procedures Establish program baselines, including scope, schedule, and budget Monitor program progress and performance, identifying any deviations and providing timely updates to stakeholders Manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary Prepare and present program status reports to management and clients Collaborate with program teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination Provide guidance and support to program control team members Ensure compliance with program control processes and standards
