Update your details, view your application and progress Temporary Assistant Officer (Development & Marketing) (Administration Support) (4-month) Apply now Job no: 494913 Work type: Temporary Location: Eastern Categories: Property Development The JobThe temporary contract period is until February 2025Prepare documents and correspondences, input data and compile simple statistics reportArrange meeting, prepare agenda, minutes and presentation materials.Provide clerical support such as updating and maintaining records and filing systems, updating website information, handling payments and assisting in special projects / assignments, etc.Perform administrative support duties such as coordinating and supporting team activities, ordering office supplies, checking condition of office equipment, handling petty cash, etc.Handle general enquiries, service requests and simple complaints for internal and external parties.The Person5 passes in HKCEE, including English (Syl. B) and Chinese Language OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.Minimum 3 years' relevant experience. Work experience in estate agency, property development or housing management firms a definite advantage.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.Strong interpersonal skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, attentive to details and a good team player.
