A leading Electrical Contracting company located in Dammam - KSA is seeking to hire the following position:Job Title: Procurement Engineer - CivilJob Description:Review the Project technical package.Review / understand the Project Management deliverables, mainly (Schedule - Budget - Procurement plan).Contact the supplier and prepare the technical submittals based on the BOQ requirements.Follow up the technical submittals approval.Coordinate with the WH staff and get updates about the available materials not assigned to any project to utilize it.Receive the materials sourcing requests from the Projects (PRs).Get the quotations from the suppliers.Negotiate (prices - lead time - payments terms) with the suppliers to get the best and then make the comparison statement.Get the concerned parties' approval on the comparison statement.Issue the POs/Contracts to Suppliers.Follow up the delivery and sub delivery milestones including the inspection results.Initiate the supplier payment process.Follow up the sourcing process till successful closing of the order.Participate in the different projects tendering committees.Continuously evaluate and rank the suppliers.Adhere to the division different KPIs.Language Requirements:Arabic - Native / Mother TongueEnglish - GoodAdditional RequirementsOwn a Car: AnyHave Driving License: AnyJob Skills:Job Requirements:• Bachelor Degree in Civil• Min 5 years' experience in the Project procurement field• Preferred having Project Management certificate.• Work in previous projects (budget up to USD 5 Million).• Experience in Infrastructure Projects, Power substations projects, and Utilities buildings and smart building projects.About The Company:
