This position exists for Technical Lead for proposal preparation for Development projects responsible for Power, Water, Social infrastructure and Alternative Fuels PPP projects.Key Accountability Areas• Prepare Bid Plan including strategy, resources, program, budget, cost estimation role allocation, bid deliverables & responsibility matrix.• Preparation of Clarifications/Deviations list during Pre-bid and clarification during Post Bid stage• Work with Technical advisor on bid design & engineering, technical deliverables, EPC and FM/O&M strategy, BoQs, specification and costing inputs.• Work with Financial advisor on financial model inputs (EPC, O&M, Life cycle, Residual value and other sensitivities)• Work with Legal advisor (SLA & LLA) on review and markup of Technical schedules, Performance and Testing & commissioning aspects of the Project agreement.• Review and comment on, pricing information and supporting documents such as but not limited to quotations, purchase orders, invoices, unit price build-ups, quantity• EPC and O&M/FM Contracts review and finalization. Identify various risks & prepare risk register.
