Required for a large conglomerate in Saudi Arabia a Project ManagerDefine scope of projects in collaboration with senior management, and develop project chartersCreate a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projectDay-to-day management and monitoring of project plans, including challenging designers and vendors on technical issuesPrepare and validate project progress reportsEnsure completion of milestone activities as per the project approved scheduleTrack and raise and escalate relevant issues and risksProvide detailed cash flow plans for the projects and prepare monthly cost forecasting summariesParticipate in any RFP creation and tender evaluation processMonitor all Project related activities to ensure compliance with the organization's policies, procedures and processesMonitor project progress and critical milestones as per the project schedule and update the management on a regular basisEscalate time and cost overruns to the senior Management and recommend suitable remedial actionAttend Project related meetings with consultants/contractor as and when requiredIssue minutes of meetings where requiredHelp approve work completion certificates and project payment certificates based on reviews submitted by consultants/contractorMinimum Qualifications:Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Power Engineering degreeMinimum of 7-8 years of experience in delivering projectsProject Management certificationAge: Min: 31 Years, Max: 48 YearsNationality: EgyptResidence Location: EgyptLanguages: AnyOwn a Car: AnyHave Driving License: AnyJob Skills: Command of common office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft office suite, etc)Interested candidates: Please send your updated CV with recent photo to Master HR with subject: Maintenance Project Manager.
