IT Networking Lead Saudi Arabia Posted on 10/11/2023 Trending

Main Responsibilities:
Manage area-specific technology resources and actively participate with technology governance committees and matrixed IT support aligned with their area(s).
Facilitate area alignment with institutional strategic initiatives and IT policy.
Develop IT solutions to business requirements:
Manage development of required front-end changes.
Coordinate extensive front end design.
Build and maintain the database structure that supports a wide variety of applications.
Execute IT strategy by implementing architecture administration, IT risk & security.
Data quality control:
Inventory control.
Build and maintain ESCO website and digital functionalities.
Integrate and manage IT operations, including data center, IT support and internal IT project development.
Provide human resources management, budget input, and serve as a tactical member of the IT management team.
Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related discipline.
Master's degree is preferred.
Experience & Skills:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT preferably in ESCO/ EPC industry, with a track record in building IT solutions.
Knowledge and understanding of the current and developing strategic information requirements.
Strong experience with Oracle Cloud ERP system.
Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology.
Knowledge of financial/business analysis techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Strategic planning and advanced leadership skills.
Ability to develop requests for and evaluate proposals in reference to leading-edge information services technology.
Ability to provide strategic guidance and counsel to clients in the assessment and development of existing and/or proposed systems.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Proficiency level in English required, and fluency in Arabic is preferred.
Strong supervisory skills.
