Employment Position: RadiologistDepartment: RadiologyModality: X-rays, UltrasoundsJob Profile: This is a full-time on-site role for a Radiologist. The consultant will be responsible for tasks related to medicine on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include:Reviewing and interpreting medical images to determine patient status and future medical care.Providing effective, efficient, and professional clinical radiology services, including a full range of radiological procedures such as general radiology reporting, conduction of special studies, determining the protocol, and reporting of X-rays, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.Assessing the patient's medical history, conditions, and specific needs to determine the most appropriate radiological procedures.Developing and updating radiology protocols and procedures to improve efficiency and patient care while complying with regulatory standards.Ensuring that adequate professional reports are available in a timely manner.Demonstrating effective interpersonal relationships with other x-ray staff and patients.Functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team working with radiographers, nurses, clerical, and attendant staff in the interests of patient diagnosis and care.Educating patients and their families on radiological procedures, risks, and benefits, and addressing any concerns or questions.Staying current with advancements in radiology technology, participating in research projects, and contributing to the development of new imaging techniques and technologies.Maintaining detailed records of procedures, patient information, and diagnostic findings, and communicating results to healthcare providers.Performing any other business as deemed necessary for the department.Skills and Qualifications:MD degree in Radiology through a reputed facility endorsed by the QCHP.Board Certification would be an additional asset.Qatar Prometric and Dataflow updated.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Ability to work effectively in a team.State of Qatar MoPH license preferable.State medical registration license.Experience:Proven work experience as a Radiologist or similar role.8 Years experience with at least 3 in Qatar (preferable).Radiology and Nuclear Medicine skills.Expertise in Medical Imaging and Mammography.Fluent in English and Arabic.Conditions and List of Required Documents:Provide a copy of valid passport.Provide residence permit page and ID for self (applicable for residents in Qatar).No Objection letter from the sponsor stating there is no objection for you to work with us / on transferring the visa (applicable for residents in Qatar).Provide an original Police Clearance Certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Qatari Embassy in your home country.Provide copies of your qualification certificate duly authenticated by your college, Bonafide Certificate, HRD, and University where it was issued, and Qatari Embassy attestation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the country where the study was done.Copies of your Dataflow and Prometric Exam from the State of Qatar.Provide copies of your existing licenses.Translation of the Education Documents in Arabic.Provide work certificates of your current and previous employers.Salary Certificate from your last employer.Your acceptance of this offer is your personal guarantee of their authenticity and will be verified with your college, university, professional association, or other institutes as appropriate.Skills: Analytical Skill, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Attention to Detail, Manual Dexterity, Problem-solving Skill, Excel, Detail-oriented, Patient, Strong Analytical.
