Store KeeperDubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 10/16/2024Checks incoming and outgoing shipments, item by item and quantity by quantity.Confirms accuracy of packing slips, shipping invoices, vouchers, and back orders.Reports about parts and materials damaged in shipment to Branch In charge.Manages the warehouse to keep it in good condition, clean, and well arranged.Creates locations for new items and keeps all parts in proper location.Checks the branches' orders (move orders) and arranges to send with necessary system updating.Maintains files of invoices, vouchers, shipping orders, and packing slips.Conducts physical checks to keep stock status accurate.Cooperates with sales staff to support them in achieving their targets.Segregates the received items as stock or customer orders for smooth supply.RequirementsDegree/Diploma holders.Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the automobile industry.Must be computer literate.Good communication skills in English and Arabic.Should manage all aspects of store operations and must control & improve efficiency.UAE Driving License holders preferred.Willing to be assigned to different branches.T&C apply as per Group policy and UAE labour law.
